The place is madhapur(one of the most crowded here) and its cloudy. I have decided to take a walk around and a camera along has become a habbit..
Over a week since i landed here in Hyderabad. To the best of my effort i have discovered the city extensively as much i could in 9 days.i think i did well because today i had the opportunity to guide a telugu to his destination near by..
The road has a few brands alongside with messy parking facility. 2 kms through and not a single outlet that is unknown to Chandigarh..Broken pavements are adding to my irritation..
Street food has always been an attraction but am strictly adviced to stay away..am told that the customers here are cheated on with beef instead of boneless chicken.Madhapur is a major commercial area and is serving nothing for eating joints with average prices.Hyderabad will cater restaurants with nice ambience only if you have your debit cards loaded with heavy amounts.
Roaming down the streets am reminded more, i guess am in a strong mood of comparing the two towns now.Such a thought always gets triggered with heavy favourism to your hometown. Am really missing the wide Chandigarh roads and massive green cover alongside.
Chandigarh is more organised.like we have demarcations amongst places,,a specified area that is the house to the best of coaching institiutes in the region,a separate place for all of restaurants and a similar big place for shopping.
But everything is scattered here in Hyderabad.May be because its an older town and the task is not easy to manage such places. The city has no sense of traffic..i have witnessed less than 2 percent wearing helmets.. !!! laugh!!!! Have more!! License is no issue, many taxies and auto rickshaws are running even without registeration papers..
What more joyous is to watch streaming no of buildings to major IT companies which is an easy view here and quiet rare back home. The major IT parks include the hi tech city, the Amadeus IT park, mind space etc. Being an IT aspirant i can’t get IT brands off my head..It is always on priority for me to walk miles in order to have a glimpse of every company campus..Believe me watching MICROSOFT campus so closely for the first time is worth cherishing..Also the CYBER TOWer in the heart of Hyderabad gives a splendid view.
Our visit to the ramouji film city was disappointing and boring too. We couldn’t help insulting the so called largest film city of the world as outdated and waisted until a localite stranger interfered and said “nayi pasand to ghar pe rehna tha..!!” well i could understand his state since i feel the same when somebody speaks against Chandigarh.. that is obvious and pardonable too..isn’t it??
Loving your home town is a challenging trait and is earned by few..Slowly It is becoming a reason for me to respect hyderabad for what so ever it looks alike.\
now you all might wonder that what makes the sense for cursing hyderabaad and titling as 'IN LOVE WITH'..'
on my way back from the golconda fort a chat with a local auto rickshaw driver made me realize the tremendous emotion people have here for their place.
for now its raining, the city looks beautiful and my camera is ready.
will surely share about the auto rickshaw experience and many more in my next post....
